Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho propõe a requalificação do espaço físico e urbano do atual Centro de Saúde da Lapa, em Lisboa, através de um projeto arquitetónico de raiz. O lote a intervir situa-se num interior de quarteirão do bairro, sendo um tema relevante ao longo do desenvolvimento deste trabalho. Pretende-se que a proposta projetual dinamize as relações entre os utentes, funcionários e restantes utilizadores, tornando-se um ponto de interesse não apenas no bairro da Lapa, como na cidade de Lisboa.
A localização deste complexo serve de mote para a exploração de outros temas para além do tema de interior de quarteirão, nomeadamente, o domínio público e/ou privado, servindo o Centro de Saúde como equipamento de mediação entre domínios. A criação de um parque verde urbano aliado ao edifício, é também uma temática desenvolvida a nível teórico e, consequentemente, de projeto, com o objetivo de atrair um maior fluxo de pessoas ao complexo. Pois, a função de centro de saúde é complementada com outras atividades neste parque.
O programa para um equipamento público de saúde, em particular, é estudado de forma a enquadrar um sistema de soluções que através da arquitetura requalifica o lote e o tecido urbano em que este se insere.
This work proposes the requalification of the physical and urban space of the current Lapa Health Center, in Lisbon, through an architectural project from scratch. The lot to be intervened is located within a block of the neighborhood, being a relevant theme throughout the development of this work. The design proposal is intended to boost relationships among users, employees and other people, becoming a point of interest not only in the Lapa neighborhood, but also in the city of Lisbon. The location of this complex serves as a motto for the exploration of other themes in addition to the interior of the block, namely the public and/or private domain, with the Health Center serving as a mediation equipment between domains. The creation of an urban green park combined with the building is also a theme developed at a theoretical and, consequently, de¬sign level, with the aim of attracting a greater flow of people to the complex. The function of a health center is complemented by other activities in this park. The program for a public health facility, in particular, is studied in order to frame a system of solutions that, through architecture, requalify the lot and the urban fabric in which it is located.
