Resumo(s)
The growth of the urban areas and the knowledge of the needs of its populations, determined a great increase in the construction of landscaping, necessary to the physical and mental well-being of the same ones.
As it is vulgar, associated to a pick of any activity, many agents appear in that same area, per times without the necessary formation and knowledge.
These conditions of great competition among companies drive to a generalized drop of the values attributed to the enterprises and consequently to a reduction of the construction quality.
In this scenery, the fiscalization assumes an indispensable paper as guarantee of quality, above all for the entities who manage the public spaces, in this case, the Local Authority that have responsibility in maintaining the spaces after the construction.
Any responsible technician for the accompanying and fiscalization, even of private character, needs to systematize its actions, increasing the levels of efficiency, effectiveness and quality.
This work gives to know a possibility of schematization and operation, trying simultaneously to transmit knowledge picked up in varied real situations.
