O estágio “Análise comparativa de duas Metodologias de Gestão de Projetos”, realizado de 6 de outubro
de 2020 a 10 abril de 2021, na Fidelidade Informação e Tecnologia (FIT) da Fidelidade, teve como
objetivo a introdução a uma área de Gestão de Projeto e o conhecimento sobre as metodologias Waterfall
e Agile. Deste modo, durante a realização do mesmo, foram acompanhadas várias atividades de projetos
das duas metodologias em fases distintas, tendo tido participação ativa nos processos, prestando auxílio
aos gestores de projeto no decorrer das atividades e na condução de várias sessões, bem como na
elaboração de documentos e atualização de plataformas. No final do estágio, que contou também com
uma fase de introdução aos conceitos e às diferentes dinâmicas, foi possível apontar várias vantagens e
desvantagens das diferentes metodologias, além de algumas variações e ajustes existentes nos diversos
projetos.
The internship “Comparative analysis of two Project Management Methodologies”, carried out from October 6, 2020 to April 10, 2021, in Fidelidade's Fidelidade Informação e Tecnologia (FIT), had the purpose of introducing to an area of Project Management and knowledge about the Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Therefore, several project activities were carried out using the two methodologies in different phases, and they involved actively taking part in various processes. The internship involved assisting the project managers during the activities, conducting distinct sessions, preparing documents, and maintaining platforms. In the end, it was possible to highlight several benefits and drawbacks of both methodologies, as well as some variations and adjustments in the various projects, during the internship, which also included an introduction phase to the concepts and the different dynamics.
