Este relatório tem como objetivo descrever e analisar as funções e tarefas
realizadas no estágio no Belenenses Sociedade Desportiva de Futebol, SAD
com o intuito de obter o Grau de Mestre em Gestão do Desporto, na Faculdade
de Motricidade Humana, da Universidade de Lisboa. Neste período a grande
maioria das tarefas desenvolvidas estavam diretamente ligadas às funções de
diretor da formação dos escalões jovens e ainda como diretor da equipa de
Sub19 e Sub23, sendo que pontualmente foram exercidas funções em outras
áreas que envolvem o futebol da SAD, nomeadamente administrativas,
logísticas, financeiras e de recursos humanos. Ao longo do presente
documento serão abordados três temas fundamentais: a questão da
implementação das sociedades anónimas desportivas e os aspetos que estão
diretamente ligados à separação do clube e da sociedade anónima; a
importância dos escalões de formação e como uma boa organização e
implementação estratégica de boas praticas e procedimentos beneficia o clube
e os seus atletas; e ainda às questões relacionadas com a obtenção do grau
de entidade formadora por parte da Federação Portuguesa de Futebol. Neste
último ponto, e acabando por ser o grande foco da prática, é abordado o tema
da certificação das entidades formadores. As funções e atividades do dia a dia
acabam por ser desenvolvidas sempre com vista a atingir o grande objetivo,
que é a sua implementação na próxima época desportiva (2019/20).
This aim of this report is to describe and analyze the functions and daily activities performed during my internship at Belesenses Sociedade Desportiva de Futebol, SAD with the goal of obtaining the Masters in Sports Management, in Faculdade de Motricidade Humana, of Universidade de Lisboa. During this period the majority of the assignments developed were directly related with the role of Youth Football Director, as well as Director of Under-23 and Under-19. Eventually functions in administrative, logistical, accounting and human resources departments were also part of the duties in the Football of the SAD .The present document will address three fundamental themes: the question of implementation of anonymous sports societies and the aspects directly related to the segregation of club and SAD; the importance of Youth levels, as well as the benefits of a well-structured organization, strategic and planed implementation of best practices and procedures that benefits the club and the individuals; the achievement of the official Youth Competition Certification by the Portuguese Football Federation. The main challenge of getting the approval for the Youth Competition Certification awarded by the Portuguese Football Federation for Belenenses SAD, which turns out to be the main focus of the daily practical activities, is presented.
