| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório expõe a experiência de estágio curricular na Coleção de Arte Contemporânea do Estado, que decorreu entre novembro de 2022 e setembro de 2023, no âmbito das aprendizagens e das funções realizadas no âmbito do plano de atividades apresentado à Faculdade de Belas-Artes da Universidade de Lisboa e à extinta Direção Geral do Património Cultural. Os estágios curriculares são uma parte fundamental do percurso académico, pois proporcionam a oportunidade de aplicar o conhecimento teórico em contextos práticos. Neste caso, para estudantes do âmbito da museologia e da história da arte, esta experiência prática é crucial, permitindo um entendimento mais aprofundado sobre o funcionamento das instituições culturais e, neste caso, do papel das coleções de arte na preservação da história e da memória artística. Durante o estágio, foram desenvolvidas competências que vão além do conteúdo apreendido em sala de aula. Trabalhar diretamente com uma coleção de arte contemporânea envolve a compreensão de processos de inventariação, documentação e conservação de obras, bem como a produção e montagem de exposições. A interação com profissionais experientes também é um fator-chave, já que facilita o desenvolvimento de habilidades como comunicação, trabalho em equipe, gestão de tempo e resolução de problemas. Numa primeira parte, este relatório tem como objetivo dar a conhecer a Coleção de Arte Contemporânea do Estado, compreender os motivos e as razões que levaram à criação deste espólio e como tem sido mantido ao longo dos anos, sendo hoje uma referência no panorama artístico e museológico nacional. Este trabalho de investigação da componente não letiva de mestrado finaliza com notas desenvolvidas sobre as atividades efetuadas no decorrer do estágio, a saber: a) produção de duas exposições nacionais; b) realização do inventário da coleção, bem como a verificação de obras; c) acompanhamento dos trabalhos desenvolvidos pela Comissão de Aquisição de Arte Contemporânea. | pt |
| dc.description.abstract | This report exposes the curricular internship experience at the State Collection of Contemporary Art (CACE), which took place between November 2022 and September 2023, as part of the learning and functions carried out in the collection's various actions. Curricular internships are a fundamental part of the academic journey, as they provide the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in practical and real contexts. In this case, for students in the field of museology and art history, this practical experience is crucial, allowing a deeper understanding of the functioning of cultural institutions and the role of art collections in preserving history and artistic memory. During the internship, skills were developed that go beyond the content learned in the classroom. Working directly with a contemporary art collection involves understanding the processes of inventory, documentation and conservation of works, as well as the production and assembly of exhibitions. Interaction with experienced professionals is also a key factor, as it facilitates the development of skills such as communication, teamwork, time management and problem solving. In the first part, this article aims to make the Collection known, understand the motives and reasons that led to the creation of this collection and how it has been maintained over the years, it also aims to demonstrate the importance of the State's Contemporary Art Collection in the national artistic and museum scene. However, this research work on the non-teaching component of the master’s degree ends with the activities developed during the internship, namely with regard to the production of two national exhibitions, DARK SAFARI and NON FINITO, the creation of the collection inventory, as well as checking works, and monitoring the work carried out by the Contemporary Art Acquisition Committee. | en |
