O futebol de formação e a gestão de desporto têm como objetivo comum criar valor através das suas equipas de escalões de idade mais novos, para que um dia estes jovens atletas possam ser introduzidos numa equipa principal sénior ou gerar lucros para o clube através da sua transferência. Todo o estágio incidiu nos processos de gestão e planeamento para as equipas do futebol de formação do clube, englobando escalões de sub15, sub16, sub17, sub19 e sub23. Na realização deste estágio, tive como objetivos principais perceber como é a estrutura e a organização de um clube de futebol, mais especificamente o departamento de team-managers. Deste modo, procurei aprender e expandir a minha formação, com toda a colaboração e disponibilidade dos profissionais que aí desempenham/ exercem funções, procurando simultaneamente o desenvolvimento suprarreferido departamento, realizando rigorosamente todas as tarefas que me foram delegadas. Este relatório é estruturado em duas partes. Numa primeira parte é definido o enquadramento do estágio realizado, onde é feita uma introdução ao tema do desporto e a sua gestão. Numa segunda e última parte são referenciadas todas as atividades que foram desenvolvidas ao longo do tempo de estágio, onde são apresentados casos práticos, análises de situações reais e reflexões pessoais, destacando as lições e as contribuições para o meu crescimento profissional e académico .
The common goal of youth soccer and sports management is to create value through their teams at the youngest age levels, so that one day these young players can be introduced into a senior first team or generate profits for the club through their transfer. The entire internship focused on the management and planning processes for the club's youth soccer teams, covering the U15, U16, U17, U19 and U23 age groups. In carrying out this internship, my main objectives were to understand the structure and organization of a soccer club, more specifically the team-management department. In this way, I tried to learn and expand my training, with all the collaboration and availability of the professionals who work there, while at the same time seeking the development of the aforementioned department, rigorously carrying out all the tasks delegated to me. This report is structured in two parts. The first part sets out the framework for the internship, with an introduction to the subject of sport and its management. The second and final part refers to all the activities carried out during the internship, where practical cases, analysis of real situations and personal reflections are presented, highlighting the lessons and contributions to my professional and academic growth.
