This study is based on a four-month academic internship at a women's clothing brand, Wheat & Rose, founded by Maria Veloso. During the internship, I was able to witness the dynamics of a brand on the rise, and I also had the opportunity to develop a wide range of tasks, such as: illustration; managing sociais networks; customer service and assistance; managing orders and stock; assisting at trade fairs; visiting factories and suppliers; accompanying and participating in factory tasks; developing pieces for the brand. At the same time as all these tasks and in order to deepen my knowledge of the subject I wanted to study, I also developed a print in collaboration with the brand. The direct contact with a growing brand allowed me to strengthen my knowledge acquired in an academic context. This knowledge will later be used to join a team at an existing brand or even to start a professional project of my own. This research used a mixed methodology with a qualitative basis, supported by exploratory, generative and evaluative phases. The exploratory phase was based on research and looking for information on the topics covered. The generative phase is subdivided into two: in the first, I carried out the tasks suggested during the internship and in the second, I have recorded all the knowledge acquired in the internship diary, with photographic records. Finally, in the evaluative phase, there is the entire compilation of this research.
