Este relatório de estágio, pretende demonstrar aquilo que foi realizado ao longo da época desportiva, colocando em prática todo o conhecimento, que foi adquirido ao longo dos anos, na Faculdade de Motricidade Humana, em especial durante o Mestrado em Futebol. De modo a agregar o conhecimento teórico com as atividades práticas, o relatório possui uma revisão de literatura diretamente ligada àquilo que foram os temas abordados no mesmo. Para este relatório, foram previamente definidos objetivos, fazendo posteriormente a ligação com todo o processo realizado para os alcançar. Assim, passando por uma descrição das condições dadas pelo Grupo Desportivo Estoril Praia, até às metodologias utilizadas pela equipa técnica durante o ano e por mim na vertente do treino de guarda- redes, é possível identificar um fio condutor que nos levou a esses tais objetivos. Neste relatório consta também, uma relação com a comunidade, que passou pela dinamização do Dia do Guarda-Redes, no Grupo Desportivo Estoril Praia, onde houve a possibilidade de criar ligações entre todos os guarda-redes do clube de diversos escalões. Uma inovação, que passou pela criação de um Departamento Guarda-Redes no clube onde estive inserido. E por fim, Atividades Complementares, realizadas com os meus guarda-redes ao longo da época, que foram fundamentais não só para o crescimento deles, como para o meu .
This internship report aims to demonstrate what has been accomplished throughout the football season, putting into practice all the knowledge that has been acquired overthe years at the Faculty of Human Kinetics, specifically during the Master in Football. In order to aggregate theoretical knowledge with practical activities, the report has a literature review directly linked to what were the topics covered in it. For this report, objectives were previously defined, making later the connection with the whole process carried out to achieve them. Thus, going through a description of the conditions given by the GD Estoril Praia, to the methodologies used by the coaching staff during the year and by me in the training of goalkeepers, it is possible to identify a guiding thread that led us to these objectives. This report also contains a relationship with the community, which went through the promotion of the "Day of the Goalkeeper", in the GD Estoril Praia, where there was the possibility of creating connections between all the goalkeepers of the club of different levels. An innovation, which led to the creation of a Department of Goalkeepers in the club. And finally, Complementary Activities, carried out with my goalkeepers throughout the season, which were fundamental not only for their growth, but for mine as well.
