Abstract(s)
Continuing the work carried out in previous artistic projects, the theme that I propose to develop in this project work, starts from the embodiment of negative feelings and states of mind, already explored in these drawings, to investigate new reflections with artistic research around the expression of panic. As a procedural methodology, we started with an iconographic mapping based on the collection of images, visual references and conceptual relationships that fed and inspired the creation of the drawings. Being research with an imminently personal charge, the formulations expressed in the drawings do not intend to present a faithful description or representation of panic, but rather a sensitive approach, through creative hypotheses, which propose the graphic translation of this psychological and emotional disturbance. The explorations of new figurations tested in the drawings start from graphic languages and textures that are close to the way I view panic.
