Para além da indispensável análise do contexto histórico e da evolução legislativa atinente ao tema, propõe-se uma discussão voltada ao reconhecimento da vulnerabilidade da mulher submetida à violência, assegurando o respeito ao princípio da dignidade da pessoa humana e o exercício da cidadania, além de colaborar com o aperfeiçoamento e os avanços nessa matéria | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The study presented here seeks to promote a reflection on the mechanisms for combating domestic violence and violence against women in the interamerican Human Rights system and in the brazilian law. In addition to the indispensable analysis of the historical context and the legislative evolution related to the theme, a discussion is proposed aimed at recognizing the vulnerability of women subjected to violence, ensuring respect for the principle of human dignity and the exercise of citizenship, in addition to collaborate with the improvement and advances in this matter. | pt_PT |
