A Ciência Política procura analisar a estrutura de governo e dos seus sistemas políticos, o qual atua na organização do Estado e respectivas estruturas, processos e funcionamento. Pela evolução histórica, ao analisar a estrutura de Estado, a Ciência política se depara com diversos matizes e variáveis e diversas linhas ideológicas adotadas, estando sempre em um processo sempre em movimento e em mutação.
Irá se analisar as matizes politico-ideológicas adotadas pelo governo, considerando-se as linhas de pensamento econômico, social, as tendências partidárias e as influências na imagem de poder das políticas públicas.
Nesse contexto, se avaliará as políticas pública fiscal e educacional adotadas pelo governo brasileiro e o conflito entre as mesmas no pós-crise global das commodities de 2008, no panorama da escolha pública.
Evidenciando a escolha das políticas públicas pelo governo em prol das elites e a transformação em um governo de natureza tecnocrática e a evidência da escolha da política educacional orientada para a proteção de grupos de pressão e de interesse obtendo resultados eleitorais e promovendo a manutenção do Poder. Procuramos um contributo para a alteração da regulamentação económica orçamental que incide sobre as políticas educacionais.
Political Science seeks to analyze the structure of government and its political systems, which operates in the organization of the State and its structures, processes and functioning. Due to historical evolution, when analyzing the state structure, political science is faced with different hues and variables and different ideological lines adopted, always being in a process that is always in motion and changing. Will analyze the political-ideological nuances adopted by the government, considering the lines of economic and social thought, the party tendencies and the influences on the image of power of public policies. In this context, will be evaluated the public fiscal and educational policies adopted by the Brazilian government and the conflict between them in the post global commodity crisis of 2008, in the panorama of public choice, will be evaluated. Evidencing the government's choice of public policies in favor of elites and the transformation into a technocratic government and evidence of the choice of educational policy aimed at protecting pressure and interest groups obtaining electoral results and promoting the maintenance of Power. We are looking for a contribution to the change in the budgetary economic regulation that affects educational policies.
