Instruções para coleta de amostras e de métodos de amostragem para os diferentes tipos de alimentos, de acordo com o sistema de empacotamento empregado e referências aos métodos de análise bacteriológica recomendados para alimentos. Proposição de padrões para alimentos brutos e processados, tanto de origem vegetal como animal.
