As abordagens colaborativas centradas nas forças aplicadas à intervenção social e no âmbito do acolhimento de crianças e jovens : relatório crítico de atividade profissional e projeto de investigação

O presente trabalho pretende descrever e refletir acerca do percurso profissional de quase 12 anos da autora como psicóloga, com formação inicial em Psicologia Clínica Dinâmica, pela Faculdade de Psicologia e de Ciências da Educação da Universidade de Lisboa, mas que, tendo em conta as oportunidades profissionais entretanto surgidas, rapidamente sentiu a necessidade de explorar outras vertentes do conhecimento, acabando por procurar uma maior especialização na área da Psicologia Clínica Sistémica. Assim, e de uma forma lógica em termos de evolução pessoal e escolhas profissionais, começou por integrar projetos de intervenção comunitária, direcionados para populações em situação de risco e/ou vulnerabilidade social, desenvolvidos numa perspetiva preventiva da exclusão social, trabalhando com crianças, jovens e respetivas famílias, tendo a abordagem sistémica como orientadora. Primeiro como técnica, depois como coordenadora de projetos. Ao fim de 7 anos, surge a oportunidade de integrar diretamente a intervenção no âmbito do Sistema de Proteção de Crianças e Jovens, mais precisamente ao nível do Acolhimento Institucional. Também primeiro como técnica e atualmente como Diretora de uma instituição. Neste trabalho será centrada a atenção particularmente na operacionalização dos modelos colaborativos e centrados nas forças, perspetiva aprofundada através da apresentação de um caso de acompanhamento familiar no âmbito do Acolhimento Institucional de crianças e jovens. Tendo em conta esta experiência profissional, é apresentada no final uma proposta de investigação futura, que a autora gostaria de levar a cabo no âmbito do doutoramento, relacionada com a definição do projeto de vida de adoção e a vida das famílias após lhes terem sido retirados filhos, encaminhados para adoção.
This paper aims to describe and reflect on the career of almost 12 years of the author as a psychologist with training in Dynamic Clinical Psychology, by Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Lisbon, but which, taking into account professional opportunities however arising, quickly felt the need to explore other aspects of knowledge and ultimately seek greater specialization in the field of Systemic Clinical Psychology. Thus, in a logical evolution in terms of personal and professional choices, began to integrate community intervention projects, targeted to populations at risk and/or social vulnerability, developed in a preventive perspective of social exclusion, working with children, adolescents and respective families, having the systemic approach as guiding. First as a front-line professional, then as coordinator of projects. After 7 years, arises the opportunity to integrate the intervention directly under the Children and Youth Protection System, more precisely at Placement of Children and Youth. First, integrating a technical team as psychologist, and currently as Director in an institution. This paper will focus particular attention on the operationalization of collaborative models focused on strengths, through the presentation of a case of family followed by the Institutional Shelter of children and youth. Given this experience, it tabled a proposal at the end of future research, the author would like to carry out within the PhD related to the definition of the life project of adoption and the lives of families which children have been removed, referred for adoption.
