The city constitutes both the symbolic space and the playing field from which Carlos Garaicoa develops his multidisciplinary artistic practice. Next, we will analyze the pieces included in the exhibition “Urban Epiphanies” (Bilbao, 2017) to unravel the keys to the construction of a poetic space where the ways of doing incorporate performative and collaborative approaches as well as plastic aspects that reveal an ephemeral city of dyes fictional that emerges from the compilation and re-elaboration of objects and performative actions developed in its midst
