visão crítica e reflexiva, o presente relatório analisa todo o processo de estágio pedagógico em Ensino da Educação Física que decorreu na Escola Básica e Secundária Anselmo de Andrade durante o ano letivo 2020/2021. Esta análise é feita tendo em conta as quatro áreas de intervenção que se interligam entre si, ao longo de todo o percurso do professor estagiário.
Na Área 1 que corresponde à organização e gestão do ensino e aprendizagem, verificou-se um desempenho progressivo nas áreas do planeamento, condução e avaliação. Esta foi uma área que sofreu constantes alterações, pois foi aquela em que tive maiores dificuldades e obstáculos, nomeadamente na condução de aula em relação à gestão temporal, registos de avaliação e entre outros.
Na Área 2 de investigação e inovação pedagógica, que aborda o tema elegido pelo núcleo de estágio da Anselmo, “A utilização das tecnologias na disciplina de Educação Física”, optámos por escolher uma problemática diferente da identificada inicialmente, que devido ao tempo disponível e pertinência, tinha melhores condições de ser investigada. O objetivo principal foi situar a perceção dos alunos e professores quanto à aplicação das novas tecnologias nas suas aulas. Os principais resultados incidiram sobre o facto de a tecnologia ser mais eficiente e aplicável em alunos de 3º ciclo e secundário, sendo que outro resultado a destacar foi a necessidade de maior investimento em formação para os professores. O modo de obter os dados e tratamento dos mesmos, foram realizados diretamente pelos investigadores, com alguma reflexão e sugestões dos orientadores.
Na Área 3 da participação na escola acompanhei o núcleo de desporto escolar do Badminton, que apesar da ausência da competição neste ano letivo, permitiu uma evolução das minhas competências associadas à lecionação na matéria em questão, e na participação em atividades do departamento.
Na área 4, relativa à relação com a comunidade, foi me possível acompanhar e coadjuvar nas tarefas inerentes à diretora de turma para o presente ano letivo, onde acompanhei a parte burocrática como também a organização de reuniões e participação ativa nos conselhos de turma.
No final do documento, apresentarei uma reflexão final sobre todo o percurso, assinalando certos aspetos considerados por mim importantes que ocorreram ao longo do estágio, entre esses, as principais dificuldades sentidas, sugestões de melhoria, estratégias e a importância de haver uma formação contínua de todos os docentes.
In a critical and reflective perspective, this report analyses the whole process of pedagogical internship in Physical Education Teaching which took place in middle school Anselmo de Andrade during the 2020/2021 school year. This analysis is made considering the four interconnected areas of intervention, throughout the full journey of the trainee teacher. In Area 1, which corresponds to the organization and management of teaching and learning, there was a progressive performance in the areas of planning, conduction, and evaluation. This was an area that experienced constant changes, consequently, was the one where I felt the greatest difficulties and obstacles, in conducting the class in relation to time management, evaluation records, among others. In Area 2 of research and pedagogical innovation, it addresses the theme chosen by Anselmo's internship unit, "The use of technologies in the discipline of Physical Education", we chose to elect a different problem from the one initially identified, which given the available time and relevance had better conditions to be investigated. The main objective was to place the perception of students and teachers regarding the application of new technologies in their classes. The main results focused on the fact that technology is more efficient and applicable to 3rd cycle and secondary students, another relevant result was that investment in teacher training is necessary. The way to obtain the data and its treatment were carried out directly by the researchers, with some reflection and suggestions from the supervisors. In Area 3 of school participation, I followed the school sports center of Badminton, which despite the absence of competition this school year, allowed an evolution of my skills associated with teaching in the subject in question, and participation in department activities. In area 4, relating to the relationship with the community, it was possible for me to attend and assist in the tasks inherent to the class director of my class for the present school year, I followed the bureaucratic part as well as the organization of meetings and active participation in class councils. At the end of the document, I will present a final reflection on the whole process, pointing out certain aspects considered important by me that occurred during the internship, among these, the main difficulties felt, suggestions for improvement, strategies, and the importance of having a continuous training of all teachers.
