O presente relatório teve como objetivo retratar aquilo que foi o trabalho diário ao longo do meu estágio desenvolvido na equipa de s16 do Sporting Clube de Portugal, na época 2015/2016.
De forma a fazer um enquadramento científico daquilo que é o ponto de partida em termos de conhecimento, dos conceitos teóricos e das práticas de outros profissionais que passaram por situações idênticas à minha realidade de estágio, efetuei uma pesquisa bibliográfica sobre temas que achei relevantes para o presente relatório. Essa revisão bibliográfica teve um enfoque sobre o conceito de modelo de jogo, desde a construção de ideia de jogo por parte do treinador até à aplicação prática. Posteriormente abordei a análise de jogo e conclui com aquilo que é o Treinador, o seu papel enquanto líder e os tipos de abordagem que deve ter perante a prática. Assim, suportado por essa informação científica fiz uma exposição daquilo que foram as tarefas do dia-a-dia, a preparação, aplicação e a análise de tudo que influencia a prática, bem como da prática em si. Posteriormente procedi também ao estudo de investigação, tentando saber a influência dos golos obtidos e concedidos através de situações bola parada no total de golos ao longo da época.
Apresento também aquilo que foi a nossa atividade de relação com a comunidade que intitulámos - “Dia do Sporting na semana de imersão”, apresentada aos alunos do primeiro ano de Mestrado na Faculdade de Motricidade Humana.
This report aims to portray the daily work during my internship, developed in the U16 team of Sporting Clube de Portugal, along the 2015/2016 season. In order to bring together the different aspects that we should control in sports practice, the bibliographic research allowed me to make a scientific framework of what the starting point is in terms of knowledge, theoretical concepts and practices of other professionals who went through identical situations to my internship. This bibliographic review had a focus on the concept of game model, from the construction of the idea of game model by the coach until the practical application of it. Later I approached the analysis of the game and it concludes with what is a Coach, his role as a leader and the types of approach that he should have before the practice. Thus, supported by this scientific information, I gave an exposition of what the daily tasks were, the preparation, application and analysis of everything that influences the practice, as well as the practice itself. Later I proceeded to a research study, trying to know the influence of the goals obtained and granted from set pieces in the total of goals throughout the season. Lastly I present an activity of relationship with the community entitled - "Sporting Day in immersion’s week", that was organized for the 1st year Master’s Degree students in FMH (Fakulty of Human Kinetics).
