Abstract(s)
Atualmente, observa-se um aumento elevado dos custos
associados à habitação, o que carece de uma resolução imediata.
Outras mudanças atuais que alteram o modo como habitamos
podem ser atribuídas às mudanças demográficas, aos avanços
tecnológicos e à crise ambiental.
Pretendeu-se responder a estas questões empregando
práticas de sustentabilidade de caráteres social, económico e
ambiental.
Com estes objetivos, considerou-se não apenas de que modo
se poderia solucionar por meio de soluções arquitetónicas, mas
também moldando os modos de interação social e fortalecimento
do sentido de comunidade.
O projeto desenvolvido propõe uma análise profunda acerca
dos modos de habitar emergentes e de como estes podem ser
integrados em novas tipologias mais adequadas. O estudo parte do
reconhecimento das transformações que moldam as necessidades
habitacionais contemporâneas.
Consecutivamente, desenvolveu-se a proposta até uma
escala de pormenorização construtiva para a área de intervenção
selecionada, a Rua da Verónica, na Graça. Procurou-se criar uma
habitação em comunidade que seguisse o conceito idealizado e,
paralelamente se enquadrasse nas imposições específicas do local.
Concluindo, a proposta ambicionou destacar a relevância da
atualização das novas tipologias e o enquadramento aos modos de
habitar atuais promovendo um ambiente inclusivo e sustentável.
Currently, there is a high increase in costs associated with housing, which requires an immediate resolution. Other current changes that alter the way we live can be attributed to demographic changes, technological advances and the environmental crisis. The intention of this project is to answer these questions by employing sustainability practices of a social, economic and environmental nature. With these objectives, it was considered not only how they could be solved through architectural solutions, but also by shaping the ways of social interaction and strengthening the sense of community. The project developed proposes an in-depth analysis of emerging ways of living and how these can be integrated into new, more appropriate typologies. The study starts from the recognition of the transformations that shape contemporary housing needs. Consecutively, the proposal was developed to a scale of constructive detail for the selected intervention area, Rua da Verónica, in Graça. The objective was to create a community housing that followed the idealized concept and, at the same time, fit into the specific impositions of the site. In conclusion, the proposal aims to highlight the relevance of updating new typologies and adapting them to current ways of living, while promoting an inclusive and sustainable environment.
