O presente relatório retrata uma experiência singular e pessoal que decorreu num estágio pedagógico desenvolvido na Escola Secundária de Caneças, representativo do culminar do programa de formação de professores de educação física oferecido num dos mestrados da Faculdade de Motricidade Humana da Universidade de Lisboa. Assumindo um caráter descritivo, reflexivo, fundamentado, contextualizado e projetivo, todos os episódios vividos neste processo formativo são profundamente analisados. Numa primeira parte, analisa-se o contexto de atuação. Numa segunda parte, as experiências formativas em cada uma das quatro áreas de intervenção que o orientaram e que permitiram a aquisição de um conjunto de competências na pluralidade de funções de um docente de educação física e a criação de uma identidade profissional que se continuará a (re)construir com mais desenvolvimento profissional. Não tendo estas competências sido conquistadas de imediato e uma vez que o desenvolvimento profissional de um professor não é linear, mas um processo dinâmico e contínuo, referem-se ainda as dificuldades encontradas, as estratégias empregues para as superar e as competências a desenvolver ou a aprofundar no futuro. Termina-se com uma súmula do que se aprendeu no estágio, seu contributo e do que está por aprender .
The present report portrays a unique and personal experience that took place during a teaching practicum at Caneças Highschool , representing the culmination of the physical education teacher education (PETE) master's degree program offered at the Faculty of Human Kinetics of the University of Lisbon. Adopting a descriptive, reflective, grounded, contextualized, and projective character, all the episodes lived in this formative process are deeply analyzed. In the first part, the context of ac tion is examined. In the second part, we delve into the formative experiences in each of the four areas of intervention that guided the practicum . These experiences not only allowed the acquisition of a set of skills across the diverse tasks of a physical education teacher but also played a crucial role in shaping a professional identity that will continue to be (re)constructed with further professional development . As these skills were not immediately acquired and given that a teacher's professional development is not linear but a dynamic and continuous process, the report also discusses the difficulties encountered, the strategies employed to overcome them and the skills to be developed or deepened in the future. The report concludes with a summary of what was learned during the practicum , its contribution and what is yet to be
