O presente trabalho, tem como objetivo apurar a situação desportiva do judo em
Portugal no quadro da institucionalização do Olimpismo moderno, bem como
fazer o levantamento de dados que permitam conceber as grandes linhas
estratégicas de desenvolvimento, que devem orientar o futuro da modalidade.
Nestes termos, é necessário verificar o que se passa a nível da base do sistema
desportivo no que diz respeito ao judo tendo em atenção a mudança estrutural
acontecida em 2004/2005.
The objective of this work is to determine the sportive situation of judo in Portugal in the framework of the institutionalization of modern Olympism, as well as to collect data that allow to conceive of the great strategic lines of development that should guide the future of the modality. In these terms, it is necessary to verify what is happening at the level of the base of the sports system regarding judo taking into account the structural change happened in 2004/2005.
