| dc.description.abstract | É notório que nós enquanto sociedade estamos em constante transformação particularmente nas cidades e o lugar não é exceção. Com o crescimento demográfico registado na segunda metade do século XX, as cidades viram a necessidade de crescer urbanisticamente e apesar dos esforços que têm melhorado a qualidade da vida humana, a responsabilidade territorial não acompanhou de igual forma o desenvolvimento das cidades, tornando-se cada vez mais importante a prática de um planeamento assente em estratégias que valorizem não só a grande escala da cidade como a comunidade. A falta de um planeamento urbano que trate a comunidade e o pré-existente como valores meritórios à cidade pode agravar o quotidiano dos habitantes e em especial acentuar a degradação do edificado que já se encontra esquecido pela cidade, dificultando a sua presença no lugar, como se verifica no caso da Quinta de Valflores, no concelho de Loures. Com a necessidade de reabilitação da propriedade, procurou-se reintegrar o objeto no lugar com uma proposta de intervenção, tanto na escala urbana como na escala arquitetónica, onde a comunidade foi parte integrante da definição do programa a adotar de modo a tornar o objeto em estudo num espaço de encontro da comunidade, promovendo a inclusão social num ambiente que foi esquecido. A presente proposta procura também integrar a propriedade no corredor verde de Loures, recorrendo a estratégias que unificam a zona norte do concelho com o estuário do Tejo. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | It is notorious that we as a society are constantly changing particularly in the cities and the place is no exception. With the population growth recorded in the second half of the 20th century, cities saw the need to grow urbanistically and despite the efforts that have improved the quality of human life, territorial responsibility has not the developed that much as cities did, becoming increasingly important the practice of a planning based on strategies that value not only the great staircase of the city but also the community. The lack of urban planning that treats the community and the pre-existing as values worthy of the city can aggravate the daily lives of the inhabitants and in particular accentuate the degradation of buildings that are already forgotten by the city, making it difficult for them to be present in the place, as can be seen at Quinta de Valflores, in the municipality of Loures. With the need to rehabilitate the property, we sought to reintegrate the object into the place with a proposal for intervention, both on an architectural and urban scale, where the community was an important role of the definition of the program to be adopted in order to make the object under study a meeting place for the community promoting social inclusion in an environment that has been forgotten. This proposal also seeks to integrate the property into the Loures Ecological Zone using strategies that unify the northern part of the county with the Tejo estuary. | pt_PT |
