Abstract(s)
The purpose of this report is to arouse interest in observation drawing among young people at the end of the third cycle. The typical 9th grade student resists the exercise that requires him to represent what he sees. There is usually a lack of motivation caused by the supposed difficulty of this practice. Thus, the aim is to counteract this lack of motivation through a methodology that allows the student to easily convey the illusion of depth. By conquering the space on the sheet of paper, the student experiences a satisfaction that promotes continuity rather than giving up. Based on simple concepts related to visual perception, young students who do not initially pursue their studies in the area of Visual Arts develop sensitivity to the reality around them, believing that they will develop new ways of seeing. To this end, is used the practice of observation drawing and, in a second stage, the production of a Stop-Motion animation film in which the developed content is applied. The ability to observe is worked on using the playful universe of animation, by having the student use an everyday object in the classroom, the cell phone.
