This paper is related with the study developed together with my internship group, in Area 2 – Research and Pedagogical Innovation of the Internship year. As subject we tried to analyze and categorize the Eating Habits of a 5th to 9th grade School students. For that we used a sample of 250 students. The results obtained after the inquiry made, confirmed the difference between eating habits of the 5th to 6th grade group students when compared with 7th to 9th grade group students. Those differences were found as well between boys and girls. It was clear as well, that the students have a suitable number of meals per day. Nevertheless, although they affirm that they care about their eating habits, their daily behavior don´t support their statement. Physical Education, as a reference in the pursuit of health and wellbeing, should have a more active role in the implementation of a true Nutrition Education, specially through the role of the School Project and the Physical Education Group (at a meso level), as well the role of the Physical Education Teacher with his class (at a micro level), addressing in the Area of Knowledge of the Physical Education Curriculum Program.
