O presente trabalho tem por objetivo demonstrar a relação existente entre as cláusulas contratauis gerais e as relações contratuais assimétricas, com foco no enfrentamento da questão relativa à possibilidade ou não de reconhecimento da utilização dos mecanismos de proteção e controle previstos a partir do sistema de cláusulas contratuais gerais, especialmente nas relações de consumo.
This study aims to demonstrate the relation between the general contractual terms and asymmetric contractual relations, with a focus on facing the issue about the possibility of or not of recognition of the use of the mechanisms and control provided from the contractual general clauses, especially in consumer relations.
