A importância do planeamento numa organização : a Finiform

O relatório de estágio aqui exposto apresenta as vivências, as experiências e as aprendizagens pelas quais passei numa organização que centra a sua atividade na formação – a Finiform.
No decorrer do meu estágio desenvolvi várias atividades na organização que me permitiram estar mais de perto do contexto real de trabalho de uma técnica superior de educação, onde se destacaram a organização e coordenação de cursos de formação.
Neste sentido, e no âmbito do mestrado em Administração Educacional, toda a minha atenção foi focada na questão do planeamento, perceber se era relevante para o funcionamento da Finiform, muito embora também me tenha focado no trabalho desenvolvido pelo gestor da organização, na forma como coordenava o seu trabalho e o trabalho de toda a equipa.
No final deste estágio concluo que apesar de tudo ser planeado com antecedência e de se estabelecerem prazos para as metas a atingir, existem imprevistos que não permitem que esse planeamento seja levado com todo o rigor.
The report of traineeship, here exposed, presents the experiences and knowledge which I gained in an organization that centers its activity in professional formation – Finiform. Throughout the course of my traineeship, I executed several activities in the organization that allowed to me to be closer to the real context of work of a superior technique of education, where there stood out the organization and co-ordination of courses of formation. In this sense, and in the context of the master's degree in Education Administration, all my attention was focused in the matter of planning, to realize if it was relevant for the functioning of the Finiform, although I had also focused in the work developed by the manager of the organization, in the way he coordinated his work and the work of the whole team. In the end of this traineeship I concluded that despite everything being planned in advance and that deadlines where established to reach the goals that were set, there are unforeseen circumstances that do not allow this planning to be followed strictly.
