Systemic Sclerosis is the chronic connective tissue disease with higher morbidity and mortality, although some progress has been achieved on treatment in recent years. Despite Raynaud phenomenon and skin involvement are the typical manifestations of this disease, is organ involvement that gives greater severity to the disease, especially cardiovascular disease which is the leading cause of death in these patients. With this clinical case we seek to draw attention to the early diagnosis of cardiac involvemtn in Systemic Sclerosis as the primary mean to prevent the fast progression of the disease.
