A presente dissertação tem como objetivo analisar em que medida a Justiça Organizacional e a Perceção de Suporte Organizacional podem contribuir para aumentar ou diminuir o Stresse Profissional. Em particular este estudo visa perceber se as três variáveis se relacionam entre si e se a Perceção de Suporte Organizacional medeia a relação entre a Justiça Organizacional e o Stresse Profissional. Para avaliar as variáveis em estudo foram aplicados, através da Internet, os instrumentos “Como perceciona a sua organização?”, “Questionário sobre Perceção do Apoio Organizacional” e “Inventário sobre o Stresse Profissional”. Os instrumentos de medida foram aplicados a 54 participantes de diferentes organizações com idades compreendidas entre os 20 e os 61 anos. Os resultados mostram que as três variáveis estão correlacionadas, embora algumas correlações sejam apenas moderadas; e que a Perceção de Suporte Organizacional medeia parcialmente a relação entre a Justiça Organizacional e o Stresse Profissional.
This dissertation aims to analyze the extent that Organizational Justice and Perception of Organizational Support can increase or decrease the Professional Stress. In particular, this study aims to understand if the three variables are relate to each other and if the Perception of Organizational Support mediates the relationship between the Organizational Justice and Professional Stress. In order to measure the variables of the study were applied through Internet, the Survey of Perceived Organizational Support, the Job Stress Survey and a survey about Organizational Justice. The instruments were applied to 54 different organization’s participants, with ages ranging from 20 to 61 years old. The results show that all three variables are correlated, although some correlations are only moderate; and the Perception of Organizational Support partially mediates the relationship between the Organizational Justice and Professional Stress.
