O presente relatório de estágio, integrado no Mestrado em Ensino da Educação
Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário da Faculdade de Motricidade Humana, visa refletir
sobre o impacto do estágio no desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional do estagiário,
evidenciando a evolução das suas competências. O estágio decorreu na Escola
Secundária José Gomes Ferreira, do Agrupamento de Escolas de Benfica, durante o ano
letivo de 2022/2023 e envolveu a lecionação de uma turma do 11.º ano, bem como a
coadjuvação no Desporto Escolar.
Este relatório espelha um percurso formativo rico em aprendizagens, baseado na
análise e reflexão constantes sobre a intervenção pedagógica, onde se evidenciam as
dificuldades e desafios vivenciados, com foco na procura de soluções que promovam a
aquisição eficaz de conhecimentos e competências dos alunos.
O relatório de estágio encontra-se estruturado em três capítulos principais. No
primeiro capítulo, encontra-se uma análise crítica do contexto do estágio, abordando a
caracterização do agrupamento, escola, recursos disponíveis, grupo de educação física,
núcleo de estágio e turma. O segundo capítulo é focado na reflexão sobre a adaptação
inicial à lecionação, explorando os desafios enfrentados e as estratégias adotadas para
superá-los nas quatro áreas de intervenção. Por fim, no terceiro capítulo, é realizada uma
análise e reflexão sobre o decorrer do restante estágio, baseado nas quatro áreas de
intervenção pedagógica, destacando também novos desafios e estratégias para a
superação dos mesmos.
This internship report, part of the Master's Degree in Teaching Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Education at the Faculty of Human Motricity, aims to reflect on the impact of the internship on the intern's personal and professional development, showing the evolution of their skills. The internship took place at the José Gomes Ferreira Secondary School, of the Benfica School Group, during the 2022/2023 academic year and involved teaching an 11th grade class, as well as assisting in School Sport. This report reflects a formative journey rich in learning, based on constant analysis and reflection on the pedagogical intervention, highlighting the difficulties and challenges experienced, with a focus on finding solutions that promote the effective acquisition of students' knowledge and skills. The internship report is structured in three main chapters. The first chapter provides a critical analysis of the internship context, characterising the school, the resources available, the physical education group, the internship core and the class. The second chapter focuses on the initial adaptation to teaching, exploring the challenges faced and the strategies adopted to overcome them in the four areas of intervention. Finally, the third chapter analyses and reflects on the course of the rest of the internship, based on the four areas of pedagogical intervention, also highlighting new challenges and strategies for overcoming them.
