| dc.description.abstract | A presente investigação teve como objetivo realizar uma análise comparativa entre os textos jornalísticos literários da revista norte-americana The New Yorker e da revista brasileira piauí, buscando perceber a influência do conteúdo de uma sobre a outra. Cada uma dessas revistas é referência no gênero Jornalismo Literário: a The New Yorker, em escala mundial, enquanto a piauí, no território brasileiro. A partir da verificação desses conteúdos, também se pretendeu perceber como as minorias são representadas uma vez que, historicamente, os textos jornalísticos literários buscam dar voz aos invisíveis e colocar em destaque temáticas que não são cobertas pelo Jornalismo convencional. Além de que, tradicionalmente, os textos com elementos do Jornalismo Literário são mais humanizados, procurando, através da narrativa, despertar o interesse no leitor, possibilitando uma experiência com o conteúdo diferenciada, podendo, inclusive, gerar empatia. Para isso, foi realizado o estudo de 24 exemplares das publicações, doze de cada, publicados ao longo do ano de 2018, e entrevistas com editores e repórteres. A partir da catalogação dos artigos e verificação da presença da minoria e da forma como ela é destacada, foi possível perceber até que ponto há a influência da The New Yorker sobre a piauí e como tem sido a produção do Jornalismo Literário na contemporaneidade dentro do produto informativo chamado revista. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The present investigation aims to do a comparative analysis between the literary journalistic texts of the North American magazine The New Yorker and the Brazilian magazine piauí, seeking to understand the influence of the content of one over the other. Each of these magazines is a reference in the genre of Literary Journalism: The New Yorker, in a world scale, while piauí, in Brazilian territory. From the verification of these contents, it is also intended to understand how minorities are represented since, historically, literary journalistic texts seek to give voice to the invisible and to highlight themes that are not covered by conventional journalism. In addition, traditionally, texts with elements of Literary Journalism are more humanized, seeking, through the narrative, to increase the reader interest, enabling a differentiated experience with the content, which may even generate identification and empathy. For this, it is proposed to study 24 copies of the publications, twelve of each, published throughout 2018, and editors and reporters interviews. From the cataloging of articles and verification of the presence of the minority and the way in which it is highlighted, it will be possible to see the extent to which The New Yorker influence on piauí and how Literary Journalism has been produced in contemporary within the informational product, called magazine. | en |
