O presente relatório foi realizado no âmbito do Mestrado de Reabilitação Psicomotora da Faculdade de Motricidade Humana da Universidade de Lisboa, e descreve as atividades de estágio na CERCICA - Cooperativa para a Educação e Reabilitação de Cidadãos Inadaptados de Cascais, mais precisamente na CerMov - Atividades Terapêuticas e Motoras. Apesar de supervisionado e com orientação tutorial, desde a avaliação à intervenção, implicou o desempenho autónomo da estagiária. Foi possível intervir com um espetro alargado de população alvo, desde crianças, com os mais diversos diagnósticos, a adultos, com diagnóstico de Dificuldade Intelectual e Desenvolvimental (DID). No primeiro capítulo do corrente relatório serão apresentadas informações de cariz teórico, onde se caracterizou a instituição, a perturbação mais presente (DID) e a perturbação do estudo de caso (Atraso Global do Desenvolvimento - AGD), passando em seguida pela intervenção psicomotora e os seus contextos. O capítulo seguinte, relativo à prática, contém toda a descrição do estudo de caso, instrumentos e procedimento de avaliação, o plano de intervenção, que foi aplicado durante nove meses, finalizando com uma breve apresentação de atividades extra-curriculares realizadas. Para terminar será apresentada uma reflexão em jeito de conclusão, relativamente a todo o ano em estágio.
The present report within the internship of the Master’s Degree in Psychomotor Therapy of the Faculdade de Motricidade Humana, Universidade de Lisboa,describes the internship activities at CERCICA – Cooperativa para a Educação e Reabilitação de Cidadãos Inadaptados de Cascais, specifically at CerMov- Motor and Therapeutic Activities. Although supervised from evaluation to intervention, it implied the independent performance of the item. It was possible to intervene with a broad spectrum of target population, from children with the most diverse diagnoses, to adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). The information in the first chapter of the current report has a more theoretical goal, describing institution, the main disability (IDD) presented by most of institutions clients as well the study case’ diagnosis (Global Developmental Delay), followed by the characterization of psychomotor intervention and their contexts. The practical chapter will present the full description of the case study, assessment instrument and procedures, as well the nine-month psychomotor program, ending with a brief presentation of the extra-curricular activities that the internhisp student has the opportunity to participate. Finally, a reflection about the whole internship year will be presented.
