Resumo(s)
Este relatório consiste no trabalho desenvolvido durante a atividade de estágio,
integrada no Mestrado em Treino Desportivo da Faculdade de Motricidade Humana, na
equipa sénior da Sociedade União 1º Dezembro.
O primeiro capítulo diz respeito ao enquadramento geral do contexto de estágio,
das características e respetivas condições de trabalho do local onde foi realizado, das
características da competição em que se desenvolveu e das finalidades e objetivos
inerentes a todo o processo. Após a contextualização da atividade de estágio, é
desenvolvida no capítulo dois uma revisão da literatura, onde são apresentados conceitos
e temáticas de suporte à prática profissional, apresentada no capítulo da gestão do
processo de treino e competição e que se caracteriza pela descrição do planeamento e
operacionalização de todo o trabalho desenvolvido pelos dois treinadores que exerceram
funções de principal no clube (Hugo Martins e Luís Loureiro), durante a atividade de
estágio.
O capítulo seguinte (quatro) diz respeito a um estudo que teve como objetivo
perceber o efeito que a apresentação de vídeos dos adversários tem nos jogadores da
equipa sénior da S. U. 1º Dezembro. Através de questionário, analisou-se a informação
que os jogadores memorizaram das apresentações efetuadas pelo analista (estagiário), e
considerando o contexto em que cada uma delas foi efetuada, procurou-se entender qual
o efeito que o modelo de análise e observação tem nos jogadores da equipa.
No capítulo cinco, correspondente à área da relação com a comunidade,
concretizou-se mais uma edição anual do Dia do Futebol da Faculdade de Motricidade
Humana na instituição, com o título: “Treinar para Competir: As Diferentes Dimensões
do Processo de Treino no Futebol”. Este evento teve como objetivo dar a conhecer a todos
os presentes as diversas especializações e formas de intervenção profissional no âmbito
de uma equipa técnica, como a observação e análise, o desenvolvimento das qualidades
físicas, o desenvolvimento individual dos jogadores e o treino de guarda-redes.
Após a realização deste estágio, conclui-se que a evolução das ideias de jogo, dos
processos de treino, de observação e análise, contribui de forma clarividente para o
rendimento dos jogadores e equipas.
This report describes the work developed during the internship activity in the senior team of Sociedade União 1º Dezembro, integrated in the Masters in Sports Training of the Faculty of Human Kinetics. The first chapter explain the internship general context, the characteristics and working conditions of the place where it was held, the characteristics of the competition which it was developed and the purposes and objectives inherent to the whole process. After the description of the internship context, a literature review is developed in chapter two, concern to concepts and thematic support to the professional practice, related in the chapter of management of the training and competition process. This chapter describes the planning and operationalization of all developed work, by the two head coaches who performed in the team (Hugo Martins and Luís Loureiro) during this internship. The next chapter (four) is about a study that aimed to understand the effect of the opponent’s videos presentations has on the senior team players of S. U. 1º Dezembro. The information that the players memorized from the presentations, made by the analyst (intern), was recorded by questionnaire and analyzed considering the context in which each one was made. Then, it was tried to understand the analysis and observation model effect has on team players. In chapter five, corresponding to the area of the community relations, is related to an annual edition of the Faculty of Human Kinetics Football Day, with the title: "Training to Compete: The Different Dimensions of the Football Training Process ", took place in the Faculty of Human Kinetis. The purpose of this event was to share the multiple professional specializations and intervention forms in a technical team, such as observation and analysis, physical qualities development, players individual development and goalkeeper training. In the end of this internship, it is concluded that the competition and training process evolution, as well as the observation and analysis development, contributes in a clear way to players and team’s performance.
