O presente relatório retrata a minha experiência na Escola Secundária de Caneças relativamente ao estágio pedagógico realizado no âmbito do Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário da Faculdade de Motricidade Humana da Universidade de Lisboa. Este documento apresenta a contextualização, descrição, análise, reflexão, fundamentação e projeção do meu processo formativo. Realizando uma analogia com a minha atividade profissional – a natação – em primeiro lugar realizarei uma contextualização. De seguida, irei abordar as experiências vividas nas quatro áreas de formação do guia de estágio, nomeadamente, Organização e Gestão do Ensino e da Aprendizagem, Inovação e Investigação Pedagógica, Participação na Escola e Relação com a Comunidade. A experiência do estágio pedagógico foi extremamente enriquecedora pois permitiu-me compreender o funcionamento escolar, adquirir conhecimento e competências essenciais ao desenvolvimento profissional de um professor.
This report portrays my experience at Caneças Secondary School regarding the pedagogical internship as part of the Master's Degree in Teaching Physical Education in Basic and Secondary Education at the Faculty of Human Motricity of the University of Lisbon. This document presents the contextualization, description, analysis, reflection, justification and projection of my training process. Drawing an analogy with my professional activity – swimming – I will first contextualize it. Then, I will address the experiences lived in the four training areas of the internship guide, namely, Organization and Management of Teaching and Learning, Innovation and Pedagogical Research, Participation in School and Community Relationship. The pedagogical internship experience was extremely enriching as it allowed me to understand how schools work and acquire knowledge and skills essential to a teacher's professional development.
