Este Projeto Final de Mestrado consiste num trabalho teórico-prático que explora a forma como intervir num quarteirão inserido no Aterro da Boavista, em Lisboa. A proposta compreende um projeto de Arquitetura que procura reabilitar um pequeno edifício de génese industrial, requalificar o espaço de uso público no interior do quarteirão, e criar um edifício novo de usos mistos, com habitação temporária e permanente, espaços de co-working e algum comércio e serviços no piso térreo. A introdução das temáticas de co-working, co-housing e co-living no programa surge com a vontade de desenvolver soluções espaciais que promovam um estilo de vida colaborativo e participativo entre indivíduos. A proposta procura dar uma resposta sustentável através da utilização de soluções construtivas e materiais que ofereçam um elevado desempenho e eficiência energéticos, bem como uma ponderada utilização de possíveis recursos.

The introduction of themes such as co-working, co-housing and co-living into the program arises from the desire to develop spatial solutions that promote a collaborative and participatory lifestyle between individuals. The proposal seeks to provide a sustainable response through the use of constructive solutions and materials that offer high energy performance and efficiency, as well as a intelligent use of resources.
