O assédio moral é uma realidade existente nos nossos dias, sendo estes comportamentos
responsáveis por inúmeras consequências nas suas vítimas (físicas e psicológicas).
Contudo a prova da existência destes mesmos comportamentos representa uma enorme
dificuldade.
Com o presente trabalho pretende-se estudar o regime da prova nestas acções analisando
as suas dificuldades e eventuais soluções, com recurso a exemplos práticos e soluções
jurisprudenciais.
Mobbing is a reality of our days and these behaviors are responsible for numerous consequences on its victims (both physical and psychological). However, proving the existence of these kind of behavior is a huge difficulty. The present work aims to study the rules of evidence in these actions by analyzing the difficulties and possible solutions, using practical examples and case solutions.
