Resumo(s)
A investigação aborda o fenómeno da produção da Arquitetura, entendendo-o como
extensão do Politico.
Recursivamente, a partir do fenómeno de segregação-fragmentação nas cidades
contemporâneas, aborda-se o Político como instrumento de reparação das fricções
sociais e territoriais, entre e dentro de sucessivos fragmentos de cidade.
A Arquitetura emerge assim como tradução deste processo de reparação,
materializando possibilidades e continuidades a diferentes escalas.
A partir de tal pressuposto, estabelecem-se dois momentos estruturantes da
resposta politico-arquitetónica:
Num primeiro tempo procura fixar-se uma Estratégia de Intervenção, contextualizando
o exercício nos Bairros Autoproduzidos da Vertente Sul (Odivelas) e no Bairro Padre
Cruz (Lisboa), processo a partir do qual se distingue a área e a natureza da intervenção:
um equipamento coletivo intermunicipal, que contempla a escola básica da Serra da Luz
- administrada por Odivelas -, e um centro interassociativo - extensão do atual Centro
de Recursos de Carnide -, administrado por Lisboa; O equipamento a desenvolver é
implantado no cabeço da Encosta da Luz, que corresponde “à espessura” escalar da
linha administrativa do plano que distingue municípios, tornando-se assim esteio para
uma continuidade urbana regenerativa, a estabelecer entre os Bairros da Quinta das
Arrombas e Serra da Luz (Odivelas) e o Bairro Padre Cruz (Lisboa).
O segundo tempo, que conclui a intervenção - o Projeto Final -, figura uma resposta
arquitetónica a partir das experiências e pressupostos de dois autores: Solà-Morales e
Yona Friedman. A interpelação destas experiências referenciais, que abordam processos
de produção do espaço no território da cidade, a partir da multiplicidade de Corpos –
Urbanos, Arquitetónicos e Humanos – e sua mutabilidade ao longo do tempo,
enquadram a resposta de projeto. Nomeadamente:
Como se traduz a redistribuição de espaço e a compartimentação do tempo na cidade
segregada-fragmentada?
Que configurações traduzem a multiplicidade de Ações e Reações dos Corpos que as
habitam, permitindo-se deixar contaminar por elas?
Que Arquitetura é múltipla e contaminável quanto baste, para melhor sediar o
inconstante, o resistente e o mutável?
Trata-se, enfim, de uma Intervenção que aproxima Arquitetura, Corpo e Política,
segundo um espaço que se desmultiplica e transforma.
The present research approaches the phenomenon of architecture production, understanding it as an extension of the Political. Recursively, from the phenomenon of segregation-fragmentation in contemporary cities, the Political is approached as a reparation instrument, of social and territorial frictions, between and inside of successive fragments within the city. Architecture emerges, therefore, as translation of this reparation process, materializing possibilities and continuities in different scales. From this, two structurant moments of the political-architectonic answer are stablished: Within the first,, is intended to settle down an Intervention Strategy, contextualizing the exercise in the self-produced dwelling neighborhoods of the Slope (Odivelas) and in the social housing neighborhood Bairro Padre Cruz (Lisboa); process which distinguishes the area and nature of the Intervention: A collective and intermunicipal equipment, that includes the elementary school of Serra da Luz - administrated by Odivelas county -, and an interassociative center - extension of the present Center of Resources of Carnide -, administrated by Lisbon county; The equipment under development is planted in the head of Encosta da Luz’ slope, which corresponds to the scalar “thickness” of the administrative line of the plan, that distinguishes the counties, becoming, therefore, mainstay for a regenerative urban continuity, to be established between Quinta das Arrombas and Serra da Luz (Odivelas districts) and Bairro Padre Cruz (Lisboa district). Within the second, that concludes the Intervention - the Final Project -, figures an architectonic response from the experiments and theories of two authors: Solà-Morales and Yona Friedman. The interpretation of this referencial experiments, which approaches production of space processes within the city territory, from the multiplicity of Bodies - Urban, Architectonic and Human - and their mutability over time, frame the Project answer. Particularly: How do we translate space redistribution and time compartimentation in the segregated-fragmented city? Which configurations translate the multiplicity of Actions and Reactions of the bodies that inhabit them, allowing itself to be contaminated by them? Which Architecture os multiple and contaminable enough, to better host the fickle, the resistant and the mutable? It is about, ultimately, an Intervention that brings Architecture, Body and Politics close, into a space that multiplies and transforms.
