dc.description.abstractO presente relatório tem como objetivo descrever o estágio curricular realizado na Escola Secundária José Gomes Ferreira no âmbito do Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física. Mais do que uma síntese descritiva, trata-se de um documento reflexivo e crítico acerca dos vários processos e aprendizagens. O estágio pode dividir-se em quatro grandes áreas, ou escalas. A primeira relativa ao contexto prático de lecionação de EF; a segunda focada no âmbito de um projeto de investigação-ação; a terceira referente à comunidade educativa e desporto escolar; e a quarta a incidir sobre o meio envolvente e a sua importância no processo de ensino-aprendizagem. Após um ano de estágio e com recurso a vários instrumentos, técnicas e métodos, é possível concluir que um professor deve ter uma visão holística do processo de ensino, conciliando conhecimentos teóricos e práticos com vista ao sucesso do aluno. Não se trata de um processo isolado, mas entendido como um todo e incluído numa comunidade, em que se estabelecem inter-relações e onde importa promover a prática agradável da atividade física e de estilos de vida saudáveis. Este estágio é um pilar fundamental na formação de um professor, direcionando-o na melhoria contínua do ensino, sempre com foco no aluno.pt_PT
dc.description.abstractThis project aims to describe the curricular internship that took place in Escola Secundária José Gomes Ferreira within the scope of the Master’s in Physical Education Teaching. More than a descriptive synthesis, it is a reflective and critical document about the various processes and learning methods. The internship can be divided in four major areas or scales. The first related to the practical context of teaching PE; the second focused on the scope of an action-research project; the third referring to the educational community and school sports; and the fourth to focus on the environment and its importance in the teaching-learning process. After a year of internship and using several tools, techniques and methods, it is possible to conclude that a teacher must have a holistic view of the teaching process, reconciling theoretical and practical knowledge with the student’s success in view. It is not an isolated process but understood as a whole and integrated in a community, in which interrelations are established and where it is important to promote the pleasant practice of physical activity and healthy lifestyles. This internship is a fundamental pillar in the formation of a teacher, directing them towards the continuous improvement of teaching, always focusing on the student.pt_PT
