O presente relatório reporta-se ao estágio curricular/profissionalizante realizado no âmbito da unidade curricular Estágio do Mestrado em Gestão do Desporto da Faculdade de Motricidade Humana da Universidade de Lisboa. Toda a atividade relatada foi desenvolvida na Direção Administrativa da Federação Portuguesa de Futebol, com sede cita na Cidade do Futebol, Cruz-Quebrada, Oeiras.
O objetivo deste documento passa por descrever as atividades desenvolvidas pelo aluno durante os 4 meses de estágio e, ao mesmo tempo, fazer um enquadramento teórico das temáticas envolvidas nas várias áreas de atuação.
Estruturalmente, encontra-se dividido em 4 grandes capítulos: um primeiro, com a função de fazer um enquadramento geral do aluno, do seu estágio e do presente documento; um segundo baseado em fundamentos teóricos através de uma revisão de literatura; o terceiro capítulo relata as atividades decorridas ao longo do estágio; o último é referente às considerações finais, às perspetivas definidas após o estágio e às sugestões a implementar na perspetiva do aluno.
The present report refers to the curricular internship carried out in the subject Estágio of the Master in Sports Management of the Faculty of Human Kinetics of Lisbon University. All the activity reported was developed in the Administration Division of the Portuguese Football Federation whose headquarters, Cidade do Futebol, are located in Cruz-Quebrada, Oeiras. The main purpose of this document is to describe all the activities that the student went through during the 4 months of internship and at the same time to do a theoretical approach on the areas of work. Structurally the document is divided in 4 major chapters: the first one which introduces the student, the internship and this report; a second one where all the theoretical approach is done; the third is the one who actually reports the activities developed; and the last one that concludes all the reasoning, sets future expectations and does some recommendations.
