Resumo(s)
O Bairro Açucenas localizado na Freguesia da Ajuda em Lisboa,
construído no âmbito do Programa Especial de Realojamento (PER), é
The Bairro Açucenas placed in the neighboorhood of Ajuda in Lisbon, built under the Special Rehousing Program (PER), is characterized by the contrast from the patterns of other social housing experiences in terms of architectural typology, scale and location in the territory. From the urban perspective of the urban integration tool, the experience of resettlement in the neighborhood was analyzed and the relations of habitat with the public space, with the transport network and with access to equipment and services. It was intended to understand if the housing project constituted a good relocation practice promoting the urban integration of the neighborhood in the urban space. Its design and construction were analyzed in order to understand the resettlement process and it was assessed which design guidelines could contribute to good social housing experiences. With the results obtained from a technical analysis of the neighborhood, it was possible to deepen the resettlement process, allowing us to understand the complexities of its conception and the factors that contributed to the neighborhood stand out from other projects.
