O presente projeto reside na criação, em parceria com a Secretaria das Licenciaturas do ISEG, de uma plataforma para o escalonamento de todas as provas escritas das Licenciaturas. Para facilitar a utilização da plataforma, houve um cuidado particular em reproduzir o procedimento manual, no processo automático.
Esta ferramenta, a ser aplicada na secretaria do ISEG, permite otimizar o escalonamento das provas aplicando métodos que observam as regras impostas pelo regulamento de avaliação. A plataforma desenvolvida permitiu tornar a tarefa num processo mais rápido, acessível e eficaz. Partindo da lista das inscrições de cada aluno e com os restantes dados referentes às unidades curriculares e época de avaliação, obtêm-se os vários horários das provas de avaliação por curso.
Para ilustrar e avaliar esta ferramenta, a plataforma foi testada num escalonamento anterior, sendo assim possível comparar os resultados obtidos pelos dois métodos: manual e automatizado.
This project is based on the creation, in partnership with the Undergraduate Office of ISEG, of a platform for the scheduling of all the written tests of the Undergraduate Courses. Particular care has been taken to reproduce, as much as possible, in the automatic process the appearance of the manual procedure, to facilitate its use. This tool, to be applied in the secretariat of ISEG, allows the scheduling of the exams and tests by applying methods that observe the rules imposed by the evaluation regulation. The developed platform made the scheduling task faster, more accessible and more efficient. Starting from the list of the enrollments of each student and the remaining data referring to the curricular units and the evaluation period, the shedules for the exams and tests by course are obtained. To illustrate and evaluate this tool, the platform was used in a previous scheduling and the results obtained by the two methods were compared: manual and automated.
