| dc.description.abstract | A Geopolítica constitui um método de interpretação da fenomenologia política, vocacionado para a percepção e definição de objectivos, de interesses, de condicionantes e dos factores de Poder. Foi com base no conceito acima expresso de geopolítica, que foi proposto e aceite o tema a tratar: "Geopolítica, um método auxiliar para a compreensão do mundo contemporâneo. A Geopolítica dos Balcãs". Compreensão designadamente dos fenómenos político-sociais, com origem no passado ou passíveis de serem perspectivados no futuro, os quais nos afectam ou poderão vir a afectar, quantas vezes sem ser entendida a génese e consequências dos mesmos, apesar do enorme interesse em serem entendidos e até prevenidos. Assim, será utilizada a Geopolítica, porque método muito útil de análise, procurando organizar e simplificar o imenso e complexo número de factores em presença, dissecando primeiro o método e depois aplicando-o ao conflito da Jugoslávia, nas ligações de estruturas e comportamentos políticos, com os ambientes físicos e humanos dessa região. Espera-se, com esta análise, contribuir para uma melhor compreensão dos problemas que afectam o mundo em que vivemos, particularmente no que se prende com a desintegração da Jugoslávia, clarificando as razões profundas para a reiterada conflitualidade ali existente, deduzir as consequências políticas dessa situação e perspectivar o futuro na região, demonstrando complementarmente a validade do método. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | Geopolitics constitutes a method of politics phenomenology interpretation oriented towards the perception and definition of goals, interests, conditionings and power factors. Based on the concept of geopolitics, expressed above, it was proposed and accepted the subject to be treated: "Geopolitics, a method for a better understanding of the contemporary world: Geopolitics in the Balkans". This includes, namely, the understanding of social and political phenomena, raised in the past or likely to be approached in the future, which affect or may affect us, often without the knowledge of their genesis and consequences, in spite of the existing great interest in their understanding and even prevention. Therefore, Geopolitics will be used, since it is a very useful method for analysis, seeking to organize and simplify the huge and complex number of the existing factors, firstly dissecting the method itself and then applying it to the Yugoslavian conflict, connecting structures and political behaviours with the physical and human environments of that region. With this analysis, it is expected to contribute for a better understanding of the problems affecting the world in which we live, particularly concerning Yugoslavia's disintegration, clarifying the deep reasons for the repeated conflicts therein existent, extracting the political consequences of that situation and foreseeing the future for that region, demonstrating therefore the validity of the method. | en |
