In Spain, only 5% of people with Down's syndrome of working age work in ordinary environments. Moreover, in some cases, a person with Down's syndrome is incorporated into the workforce simply because there are laws that determine it, but these laws only affect large companies, which make up the minority of the Spanish labour market. As a result, when people with Down's sy - ndrome get jobs, it is not because of their abilities and potential, but simply to comply with the law. Therefore, the main objective of this doctoral thesis is to include people with Down's syndrome in the creative graphic sector. To do so, we have sought to determine whether people with Down's syndrome have significant differences in terms of graphic crea - tivity compared to people without Down's syndrome, as well as to establish a comparison of preference and perception between the two groups. The research methodology used was mixed, interventionist and non-interventionist, with a quantitative approach. A literature re - view and critical analysis of the literature was carried out. In addi - tion, exploratory interviews on educational inclusion were carried out, as well as participant observation. This was done in order to create a quasi-experiment consisting of two phases: one with workshops and the other with a questionnaire administered to a convenience sample. The results obtained have served to validate the general hypothe - sis of the research and corroborate that people with Down's syn - drome can be considered creative from a graphic point of view.
