| dc.description.abstract | O presente trabalho aborda um fenômeno complexo, que envolve aspectos culturais, sociais, históricos do domínio do homem sobre a mulher, que decorre de um papel sexual e de gênero, comportamentos socialmente aprendidos, estereótipos enraizados nas sociedades e até mesmo por falta de autocontrole das emoções. É um tipo de violência difícil de ser descoberta e combatida, pois pode ocorrer fora e dentro do âmbito doméstico e, quando é realizada no seio familiar, na maioria dos casos, afeta pessoas que possuem uma relação íntima de afeto. Apesar da violência exercida no âmbito doméstico poder ser realizada em face do homem e da mulher, este tipo de violência afeta majoritariamente as mulheres, razão pela qual o foco principal desta dissertação será na violência doméstica exercida contra a mulher. Assim, o objetivo desta dissertação será demonstrar que a ressocialização do homem agressor condenado pelo crime de violência doméstica, através dos programas de intervenção com agressores é um instrumento eficaz de combate ao crime. Para tal, utilizar-se-ão de revisões bibliográficas e resultados obtidos em pesquisas empíricas sobre o tema. Por intermédio das bibliografias utilizadas e das pesquisas empíricas que serão trazidas no decorrer da investigação, será possível perceber que os programas de intervenção com agressores são medidas satisfatórias no combate da violência atual e na prevenção de violência futura na mesma vítima ou em uma nova. Diante disto, também ao final, será possível perceber que não basta tratar a vítima, será necessário realizar uma intervenção também com o causador do problema, neste caso, com o homem agressor, pois a diminuição ou a cessação da criminalidade não será uma realidade enquanto se continuar agindo nas consequência e efeitos do problema, e não nas causas. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The present work approaches a complex phenomenon, which involves cultural, social and historic aspects over the domain of the man over the woman, which comes from sexual and gender rules, socially learned behaviour, stereotypes rooted in the society and even the lack of emotional self control. It is a kind of violence hard to be found and fought, because it can happen in and out the domestic environment and, when in the familiar core, in most cases, it affects people that have an intimate affection relationship. Despite the fact that the violence on the domestic environment can be done in face of men and women, this kind of violence affects mostly women, reason why the main scope of this dissertation will be to demonstrate that the ressocialization of the aggressor guilty of domestic violence is an effective fight against the crime tool. For such, it will be used bibliographic review and results obtained in empiric research on the matter. By using the bibliography and the research that will be brought on the present research, it will be possible to note that the intervention programs with aggressors are satisfactory measures on the fight against the current violence and in the prevention of the future, in the same or another victim. Given that, also at the end, it will be possible to note that treating the victim is not enough, it will be necessary to make an intervention also with the source of the problem, in that case, the violent man, because the reduction or elimination of criminality will not be a reality while the measures stay only in the consequences and effects of the problem, and not the causes. | pt_PT |
