O objetivo desse trabalho é analisar aspectos sociais e jurídicos da inclusão social. Para tanto, torna-se necessário um exame sobre a pobreza, desigualdades e exclusão social. A segunda parte do trabalho trata de dois princípios basilares do Estado brasileiro, o da dignidade da pessoa humana e o da igualdade. Para depois abordar uma análise das medidas e ações de intervenção social e a necessidade de inclusão social de uma grande parcela da população que vive à margem das condições e garantias fundamentais que deveriam ser proporcionadas a todos.
The aim of this work is to analyze social and juridical aspects of the social inclusion. In order to do so, it’s necessary to look closely to poverty, inequality and social exclusion. The second parto f this work its about two basic principles of the brazilian State, the principle of the dignity of the human person and the principle of equality. After thar we will analyze the measures and actions of social intervention and the real need of social inclusion of a large portion of the population that live on the margins of the conditions and guarantees that should be providaded to all.
