A formação inicial dos professores confere a habilitação profissional para a docência na respetiva disciplina e nível de ensino. É através do estágio pedagógico, momento final da formação inicial, que os professores estagiários têm o primeiro contacto com o ensino real e aplicam na prática todo o conhecimento teórico aprendido até então. Esta é uma etapa fundamental para desenvolver, nos futuros professores, as competências técnicas e pedagógicas necessárias para a sua carreira docente. O presente relatório, realizado no âmbito do Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, procura descrever de forma reflexiva as experiências vividas no estágio pedagógico em educação física, que decorreu no Colégio Pedro Arrupe no ano letivo 2022/2023. Ao longo do documento será realizada uma análise dos aspetos mais marcantes da minha passagem pelo colégio, refletindo sobre o seu impacto na construção da minha identidade pessoal e profissional. Será ainda feita uma análise da minha atuação nas diferentes áreas de intervenção escolar do professor das quais: a organização e gestão do ensino-aprendizagem, englobando o planeamento, condução e avaliação; a participação num projeto de investigação pedagógica; o envolvimento na escola e a relação com a comunidade educativa. Desta forma, este documento pretende partilhar o trabalho desenvolvido, assumindo um caráter contextualizado, fundamentado e reflexivo, onde nele serão apresentadas as dificuldades encontradas, as estratégias de superação aplicadas, as competências adquiridas e as que ficaram por desenvolver e aperfeiçoar.
Professional qualifications to teach in the relevant subject and educational level are granted by initial teacher training. The teaching internship, which is the last phase of initial training, provides trainee teachers with their first contact with actual teaching and puts all of the theory they have learned thus far into practice. This is a fundamental stage in developing the technical and pedagogical skills necessary for their teaching career. This report, carried out as part of the Master's Degree in Teaching Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Education, seeks to describe and reflectively analyze the experiences I had during my teaching internship in physical education, which took place at Colégio Pedro Arrupe in the 2022-2023 school year. Throughout the document, an analysis will be made of all the most striking aspects of my time at that school, reflecting on their impact on the construction of my personal and professional identity. In addition, an assessment will be made of my performance in the different areas of a teacher's school intervention, including: the organization and management of teaching and learning, encompassing its planning, conduction and evaluation; participation in a pedagogical innovation and research project; intervention, participation and involvement in the school itself and the relationship with the educational community. In this way, this document aims to share the work carried out, taking on a contextualized, grounded, reflective and projective character, where it will present the difficulties encountered, the coping strategies applied, the skills acquired and those that remain to be developed or improved.
