| dc.description.abstract | O presente estudo foi realizado com o objetivo analisar o fenômeno da Governança Ambiental Internacional sob a ótica do aquecimento global. Desta forma, inicialmente, pretende-se compreender em que consiste a Governança Ambiental Internacional para alcançar um conceito que compreenda os conceitos mais apurados já apresentados na melhor literatura sobre o assunto. Após o entendimento do instituto da Governança Ambiental Internacional, pretendemos identificar seus atores e apresentá-los, inclusive, demonstrando quais as ações por eles desempenhadas permitem a efetivação da governança ambiental internacional. Posteriormente, tratamos do aquecimento global, as dúvidas quanto às suas causas e fundamentando-se no Princípio da Precaução, serão demonstradas algumas ferramentas de mitigação do aquecimento global, identificando a efetivação da Governança Ambiental Internacional. O estudo em tela utiliza-se principalmente de pesquisa bibliográfica, embora pesquisas documentais, sejam de resoluções da assembléia geral da ONU, seja de análises de julgados do Tribunal Internacional de Justiça e de casos práticos, tenham sido realizados. Os principais doutrinadores consultados os manuais de Direito Ambiental Internacional dos doutrinadores: Alexandre Kiss, Shelton Dinah, Patricia Birnie e Alan Boyle. Assim, o presente estudo confere ao leitor a oportunidade de entender a Governança Ambiental Internacional e reconhecê-la em mecanismos diferenciados de mitigação da Alteração Climática. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | The present study was conducted to analyze the phenomenon of International Environmental Governance from the perspective of global warming. Initially, we intend to understand what is the International Environmental Governance to achieve a concept that understands the concepts already presented and established in the best literature on the subject. After understanding the Institute of International Environmental Governance, we intend to identify the actors and present them even demonstrating what actions they performed enable the realization of international environmental governance. Subsequently, we treat about global warming doubts and its causes, relying on the precautionary principle, some tools will be demonstrated mitigation of global warming, identifying the effectiveness of the International Environmental Governance. The study uses mainly on literature, although research documentary are the resolutions of the UN General Assembly, the analysis judged the International Court of Justice and case studies have been conducted. Was consulted the main scholars in manuals for International Environmental like a: Alexandre Kiss, Dinah Shelton, Patricia Birnie and Alan Boyle. Thus, the present study gives the reader the opportunity to understand the International Environmental Governance and recognize it in different mechanisms to mitigate Climate Change. | en |
