Abstract(s)
O presente relatório de estágio reflete uma dimensão teórico-prática da experiência
enquanto estagiária na Direção-Geral da Educação. Baseada nas perceções retiradas em
função dessa experiência e da respetiva reflexão sobre o modo como é feito o
acompanhamento das escolas por parte da Direção-Geral da Educação no seio da Equipa
Técnica em função da recente Lei de Autonomia e Flexibilidade Curricular.
O relatório é composto por três capítulos, no primeiro compreende uma
caracterização da Direção-Geral da Educação em função da sua estrutura e cultura. Com
especial enfoque na Direção de Serviços de Desenvolvimento Curricular e na Equipa de
Acompanhamento e Monitorização de Desenvolvimento Curricular.
No segundo capítulo, o projeto de investigação que se centra na análise do
trabalho realizado pela Direção-Geral da Educação no seio da Equipa Técnica no
acompanhamento das escolas, tendo por base técnicas de recolha de dados como a
pesquisa arquivística, a observação participante e a entrevista semiestruturada
O terceiro capítulo compreende uma sumarização das atividades realizadas ao
longo do estágio e a reflexão em torno das mesmas.
This internship report reflects a theoretical and practical dimension of the experience as a trainee in the Directorate General for Education. Based on the perceptions drawn from this experience and the respective reflection on how the monitoring of schools is made by the Directorate-General for Education within the Technical Team according to the recent Law of Autonomy and Curricular Flexibility. The report consists of three chapters, the first one includes a characterization of the Directorate-General for Education according to its structure and culture. With special focus on the Directorate of Curriculum Development Services and the Curriculum Development Monitoring and Follow-up Team. In the second chapter, the research project that focuses on the analysis of the work done by the Directorate-General for Education within the Technical Team in the monitoring of schools, based on data collection techniques such as archival research, participant observation and semi-structured interview. The third chapter comprises a summary of the activities undertaken throughout the internship and the reflection around them.
