Neste documento faz-se prova do trabalho que produzi no decorrer da minha tese de mestrado, adicionado de uma dissertação sobre a teoria e informação que foi necessária à mesma. O trabalho foi efetuado no âmbito do projeto ESA, LEVISOLATOR, no qual tive a oportunidade de participar e obter experiência em variadas áreas tecnológicas. Neste mesmo documento faço uma introdução ao projeto, às minhas funções e responsabilidades no mesmo e à teoria subjacente. De seguida é proporcionado uma visão sobre todos os subsistemas, as suas finalidades, teoria de operação e a montagem efetuada. Por fim, são apresentados os resultados da experiência, a sua análise e uma minuciosa avaliação de todos os pontos relativos ao projeto e a minha participação no mesmo.
In this document, I present proof of the work I did on my master’s thesis. To this is appended an insight on the theory and information that was required throughout. The tasks that I’ve undertaken were part of an ESA project, LEVISOLATOR, in which I had the opportunity of participating and in which I’ve obtained experience in a much-varied technical range. In this record, you can find an introduction to both the project and my part in it, as well as the theory that lies underneath. A broad review on all subsystems is provided, on their purpose, operation and our take on it. At last, the results obtained are reported and a dissertation is made on the project developed and my participation on it.
