O presente relatório de estágio surge no âmbito da realização do estágio no Mestrado em Educação e Formação com especialização em e-Learning e Formação a Distância no Instituto de Educação da Universidade de Lisboa.
Encontra-se dividido em duas grandes partes, sendo a primeira destinada a um enquadramento teórico abordando temas relacionados com a educação envolvendo as tecnologias: educação a distância, e/b-learning, MOOC e a sua utilização na educação e dois grandes tipos de comunicação – síncrona e assíncrona. Nesta parte de enquadramento teórico é, também, explicado o instructional design e o Modelo ADDIE de forma a apoiar a conceção de cursos online.
Numa segunda parte apresenta-se a Instituição que me recebeu – e-Learning Lab da Universidade de Lisboa – e, posteriormente, descreve-se as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do meu percurso, desde as que concebi e desenvolvi às que dei apoio no seu desenvolvimento e acompanhamento, fazendo uma análise dos resultados obtidos em duas delas – Workshop Webconference e Virtual classroom: o ambiente colaborativo multimédia Colibri e MOOC Desenvolvimento de Conteúdos Acessíveis – através de questionários de satisfação. De uma forma breve pode-se afirmar que o e-Learning Lab obteve resultados positivos, apesar da existência de alguns pontos a melhorar, nomeadamente no que respeita à confirmação de todos os participantes nas atividades e à calendarização das mesmas.
No final são apresentadas as conclusões, uma Análise SWOT do e-Learning Lab e a minha perspetiva enquanto estagiária tendo em conta as dificuldades sentidas, como o trabalhar nas plataformas e o receio de não corresponder às expectativas, e a aprendizagem obtida.
This traineeship report were elaborated to finalize the stage performing under the Master in Education and Training specializing in e-Learning and Distance Training at the Institute of Education, Lisbon University. It is structured in two major parts, the first aimed to a theoretical framework addressing issues related to education involving technologies: distance education, and / b-learning, MOOC and their use in education and two major types of communication - synchronous and asynchronous. In this part of the theoretical framework is also explained the instructional design and the ADDIE model, supporting the design of online courses. The second part reports the institution that had receive me - e-Learning Lab at the Lisbon University - and later describes the activities developed along my course, starting from the activities that I conceived and developed to the others that I have given support in their development and monitoring, making an analysis of the results in two of them - Webconference Workshop and Virtual classroom: the multimedia collaborative environment Colibri and MOOC Content Development Accessible - through satisfaction questionnaires. Briefly it can be stated that the e-Learning Lab obtained positive results, although there are some points to improve, particularly as regards to the confirmation of all participants in the activities and the timing of them. At the end of this traineeship report, there are some conclusions, a SWOT analysis of the e-Learning Lab, my perspective as trainee and my difficulties like working on the platforms and the fear of failing the expectations, and the learning achieved.
