O presente relatório tem como principal objetivo, a descrição e análise crítica das atividades que realizei no Clube de Futebol “Os Belenenses” durante o estágio respeitante ao Mestrado em Gestão do Desporto, da Faculdade de Motricidade Humana, da Universidade de Lisboa.
Ao longo deste relatório é realizada uma descrição pormenorizada de todas as atividades por mim desenvolvidas, no Departamento Comercial e de Marketing do Clube, procurando evidenciar as múltiplas competências adquiridas, bem como o meu contributo para a melhoria da gestão e funcionamento da organização desportiva.
Dada a excelente relação estabelecida com os dirigentes do Clube, tive toda a liberdade para colocar questões e pôr em prática diversas iniciativas na área comercial e de marketing.
The main objective of this report consists in making the description and critical analysis of the activities I executed in the Clube de Futebol "Os Belenenses" during the internship integrated in the master's degree in Sports Management in the Faculty of Human Kinetics of the University of Lisbon. In this report, I make a detailed description of all the activities I developed in the Commercial and Marketing department of the Club, trying to highlight the multiple skills acquired, as well as my contribution to improving the management and functioning of the sports organization. Given the excellent relationship established with the club leaders, I had all the freedom to ask questions and to put into practice many initiatives in the commercial and marketing area.
