O texto vertente corresponde à arguição que realizei nas provas de doutoramento de Adelino Manuel Muchanga, as quais tiveram lugar a distância no dia 10 de janeiro de 2022 na Faculdade de direito da Universidade Eduardo Mondlane (Moçambique). O texto versa os seguintes temas: i) natureza pública e privada do direito da Família; ii) juridicidade dos deveres conjugais; iii) igualdade de Género.
The text corresponds to my inter- vention in the public discussion of the doctoral thesis presented by adelino Manuel Muchanga held on the10th january 2022 at the Faculty of Law of the University Eduardo Mondlane (Mozambique). It approaches the following subjects: i) Family law as a no longer field of purely private law; ii) the nature of law marital duties; Gender equality law.
