O presente Projeto Final de Mestrado visa apresentar uma proposta de intervenção em Património, mais especificamente na Quinta de Vale de Flores, em Santa Iria de Azóia. O Património em questão mantém-se erguido graças aos trabalhos de conservação e restauro em curso. Contudo, o seu uso permanece expectante. Desta incógnita, resultaram fenómenos destruidores da quinta e, os mesmos surgiram da crescente industrialização que se fez sentir ao longo dos anos. Todos estes fatores e outros relacionados, originaram uma perda de identidade do Lugar de Vale de Flores.
Desta forma se enquadra o seguinte Projeto Final de Mestrado: reavivar uma memória insípida ainda remanescente na comunidade mais envelhecida. A introdução de um programa para a quinta e a reinvenção de espaços, irão permitir o restabelecimento da identidade, através da restituição de costumes distinguidores da comunidade local.
Sendo Património de Interesse Público, as questões relacionadas à proteção do mesmo irão ser abordadas, quer as suas especificidades quer as formas de proteção. A fenomenologia irá desempenhar um papel fundamental na procura da identidade do Lugar e terá in fluência na procura de um programa compatível com a quinta. Por fim, seguem-se os ensaios de uma proposta que englobe todo conteúdo investigado.
This Master's Final Project aims to present a proposal for intervention in architectural heritage, more specifically at Quinta de Vale de Flores, in Santa Iria de Azóia. The heritage in question is still erected due to the ongoing works of conservation and restoration. However, it's use remains unpredictable. From the unknown, some phenomena led to a destruction, and same those emerged from the ongrowing industrialization that was felt over the years. All these factors and others related, originated a loss of identity of the Place that is called of Vale de Flores. It is this way that the following Master's Final Project is framed: to revive an insipid memory that still lingers in the older people left in the community. The introduction of a program and the reinvention of spaces will allow to reestablish the identity of the Place, through the restitution of customs that characterizes the local community. As architectural heritage with Public Interest, the issues related to it's protection will be addressed, both it's specificities and ways of protection. Phenomenology will play a fundamental role in the search for the identity of the Place and will have a influence in making a program that is compatible with the farm in question. Finally, the document adresses the tests of a proposal that encompasses all investigated content.
